Service Agreement

Customer hereby authorizes the work to be done along with the purchase of necessary materials and hereby grants MMHP and/or MMHP employees permission to operate the vehicle described for testing and/or inspection. Express mechanic’s lien is hereby acknowledged on vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. Payment is expected for services rendered. Customer acknowledges vehicle(s) will not be released so long as a balance is due.

Warranty qualification is typically 6 months on labor, but at MMHP sole discretion. Parts warranty is equal to parts manufacturer’s warranty when purchased from MMHP. Labor on parts failure is billable. No warranty for damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, or caused in any racing. Customer acknowledges warranty work must be performed in MMHP shop & cannot exceed the original cost work. Any work performed by any other person or facility voids MMHP warranty and MMHP is not liable for any charges incurred by customer.

Appointments for work are approximate schedules and subject to change based on current workflow.

There is no warranty on customer supplied parts and they may not be accepted if MMHP deem them insufficient or inappropriate. Any assessment of, or malfunction diagnosis needed due to customer provided and/or used parts is billable at shop hourly rate.

Long term projects may be billed weekly or incrementally for completed work. Special order parts must be paid for at time of order.

MMHP doesn’t provide quotes, MMHP provides estimates. Estimates do not include unforeseen problems, parts requirements or circumstances associated with high performance repairs or modifications and may result in additional charges far greater than the customary 10% margin of error.

Credit/debit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

Any work stoppage due to customer induced delay due to outstanding weekly invoice payment may be subject to up to $30 per day storage fee for vehicle and/or parts. Any work stoppage due to delays caused by waiting for special order parts may result in a $30 per day storage fee for vehicle and/or parts. Any vehicle left on site more than 2 days after work completion may be subject up to $30 per day storage fee. Any vehicle left on premise beyond 30 days for nonpayment becomes property of MMHP.

Installation of high-performance parts pushes the limits of the capabilities of vehicle drivetrain, suspension, and overall operation. MMHP makes no warranty over the manufacturer warranty and is not liable for damages due to the installation of high-performance parts and equipment. Labor costs associated with equipment failure repairs are billable.

Testing and tuning on the Dyno will push customer’s vehicle to its mechanical limits. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that vehicle is in good working order and capable of handling the stresses incurred when your car’s limits are reached. Miller Mountain High Performance, LLC and its employees, directors and officers are in no way responsible for ANY damage to your vehicle incurred before, during or after your vehicle is operated on the Dyno. I hereby acknowledge that I am aware of the potential risks involved with Dyno testing/tuning and that I waive any and all claims against Miller Mountain High Performance, LLC, its employees, directors and officers for ANY damage to my vehicle as a result thereof.

TEARDOWN ESTIMATE: I understand that my vehicle will be reassembled within 5 days if I choose not to authorize the service recommended. Time is billable.

 SMOG: I understand that I can have emission service and/or adjustments done elsewhere. I hereby waive this right.

All Parts removed will be discarded unless instructed otherwise: Save all Parts____.

MMHP is not responsible for loss or damage to cars or articles left in cars in case of fire, theft or any other cause.

I hereby acknowledge and voluntary release and forever discharge, Miller Mountain High Performance, LLC, its employees, directors and officers from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action of whatever kind of nature, either in law or equity,
